I honestly know how you feel. I don't think I'm ever actually hungry -- my mouth just always wants food. I just REALLY like the taste of it. It's so hard to say no so I always just go take a nap or try really hard to talk myeslf out of it. You're doing an amazing job though. Keep up the good work! :) YOU LOOK GREAT!

Apple Jacks taste so good. Even if it does have sugar - so good!

I loved The Good, The Bad and the Ugly. I loved "Don't give up on me, ...", loved, " work out, that should already be a given ... " It's very cool that Tyler is going to join you. He's clearly a great support.

There have been many times my binging has actually been triggered by hunger I suppose. I hesitate to say this, because I don't want to give the impression that I am depriving myself. I love to eat way to much to do anything like that.

For some reason I'm more likely to binge in the evenings, which makes me think I'm not gettin enough of something in my diet during the day.

I've been thinking about this. Have you ever tried tracking your fibre?

I never go to far. Lol

It's funny. I'm in the process of uploading a video I did on fiber. Lol. Irony?

I've been readin alot about it, and I knew it helped with the maintence of the GI track, but I didn't realize that it helped with satiety.

This is something I am going to start taking into consideration.
 
That is funny! Cool too - I reckon it could make a heap of difference to you. Fibre and protein are both important but fibre can be had with a lot less calories. Of course getting enough calories makes a difference at your weight too - especially once you add in sustained, vigorous exercise.
