what about eating half of it and then making yourself a salad to make up for the other half??? that way you wont feel pressured from your family to eat unhealthy...because i know how that goes!

For Dinner I ended up having green beans and two boiled chicken tenders:) . It was good.
 
Good for you! I know it's hard eating something else besides what the rest of your family eats. My mom made raveoli and carrot cake for dinner a few nights ago, and my mouth watered at the smell of it. It was so hard only taking a few peices of raveoli and a very small piece of cake, while my skinny bros and sis ate all they wanted...:rolleyes:

Keep up all the great work girl! You are doing so awesome!
 
Hey! I totally know what your saying. I hate watching my parents load their plates while I sit in the corner gnawing carrot sticks. Lol.

I went to the park today and used the walking trail there. I walked/jogged a little over two and a half miles.

I've done well again today.

Breakfast: two slices of toast
Lunch: school lunch (chicken nuggets, mashed potatos, a biscuit, and milk)
Dinner: Prolly the usual boiled chicken and green beans.

I'm not sure if imma exercise today or not. I might do some pilates.
 
For dinner I ended up having green beans and half a bowl of some of my moms homemade chicken noodle soup.

I feel like I am starving to death, but I am absolutely positively refusing to eat anymore tonight.

Lol! They were pretty yummy.

Ok. I am so excited. Last night Tyler came over and I made him pizza and garlic bread. I didn't touch any of it at all!!!:eek: :eek: :eek:What I did do is was put one piece in the fridge for me to have today if I had lost a reasonable amount of weight this morning. I love this whole will power thing I got going on.

So anyways.

I did get on the scale this morning.

I knew I'd lost weight this week, because I have tried so hard.

Last week I think, is what messed me up.

But anyways.

151!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2 more pounds gone!!!!! I'm dying of enthusiasm.

I've almost lost thirty pounds... thats a whole lot of me gone.

I bought a cute lil green dress during the summer, that didn't fit right, and I tried it on a few minutes ago and lalalalalalalalalalala it fit beautifully!!!!

I tried on my snowball dress from my sophmore year, and lalalallalalal it was too big.

I tried on some jeans from my eigth grade and freshamn year when I was going through my punk/goth/rocker stage and lalalalalala they were bigger as well.

I may dance.

I think I shall have a party.

For dinner we're going to go to Casa Fiesta I guess as a kind of reward for the weight loss, so I'm tryin not to eat very much until then.
 
So I went to Casa Fiesta. It was good. I had fried ice cream. It was good. Gotta get straight back on my diet tomorrow. I'm gonna start using the bowflex tomorrow. I'm excited.
 
So I did use the bowflex this morning. I don't know how much I really like it, however, I'll prolly give it a try for a couple weeks. Three times a week at least.

Breakfast: Toast. 2 pieces.
