On The Road To Regain Control

I think this time instead of weighing again on saturday, I'm going to wait two weeks.

I'm going to have to put the scales away though so I'm not tempted.

YAY!!! I loved that point! It's a great place to be at! You are doing sooo awesome girl! I can't tell you!

Good morning all you wonderful people.

Yesterday
I totally bombed....

Would you like to know what I ate?
Well I will tell you than, since your so anxious to know.

Breakfast: Biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, and milk.

Lunch: Ramon Noodles and A bologna sandwich.....Milk...

Dinner: two packs of ramon noodles and french fries with like eight glasses of milk.

I don't know.
I went on some crazy milk and ramon noodle binge....

My stomach hurt when I was finished... and I didn't sleep very well in the least last night.

I must obviously never do this again, or my guts may explode:eek:.

It's ok. I've been kinda bombing it for the past two weeks... Eating stuff I really shouldn't be, or eating too much of the stuff that I can eat.. It's ok, just get back on track today, fix the wheel that's come off the wagon, and get rolling again! I know you can do it girl!

I think that it's OK to bomb once in a while. Just as long as you notice your mistake, and make it up in exercise.

Anywhoo, you're doing great with the weight loss. Congrats on that.

So you bombed - at least you go it out of your system and can go back to being good. Have a great day!!

Thanks Guys!!!

Anyways... I do indeed believe it's time for another chapter of "A Day in A Life of a Teenage Cow. "

Sunday... I did better.

I use the term "better" very loosely of course. I didn't eat quite as much as I did on Saturday, but I did go a bit overboard at CiCi's, on the pizza.

Today...
For breakfast I had a sausage biscuit from Mcdonalds (410 calories:eek: )
And for lunch I had a roll.
When I got home from school I had a couple of small glasses of milk as well.

For dinner, I'll probably just have grean beans or something. I'm not very hungry right now anyways so I should be okay as long as I don't go another one of my famous random gorges. :D

Isn't it amazing how many calories McDonald's is able to cram into a small, not very filling peice of food? lol. But seriously, I don't think that its time for a chapter. Maybe just a paragraph. You didn't do too badly, and if you alter your dinner, you'll be able to compensate, so i think you're all right. oh, and by the way, one of the newbs here posted this in the "motivation quotes" section. There is no author posted, so i'm thinking she's the author. Thought I'd share it with you. It really helped me!

Don't Quit

When you've eaten too much and you can't write it down,
And you feel like the biggest failure in town.
When you want to give up just because you gave in,
and forget all about being healthy and thin.
So What! You went over your grams a bit,
It's your next move that counts...So don't you quit!
It's a moment of truth, it's an attitude change.
It's learning the skills to get back in your range.
It's telling yourself, "You've done great up till now.
You can take on this challenge and beat it somehow."
It's part of your journey toward reaching your goal.
You're still gonna make it, just stay in control.
To stumble and fall is not a disgrace,
If you summon the will to get back in the race.
But, often the struggler's, when loosing their grip,
Just throw in the towel and continue to slip.
And learn too late when the damage is done,
that the race wasn't over...they still could have won.
Lifestyle change can be awkward and slow,
but facing each challenge will help you grow.
Success is failure turned inside out,
the silver tint in a cloud of doubt.
When you're pushing to the brink, just refuse to submit,
If you bite it, you write it....But don't you quit!

Wow. That's awesome. It's totally right too. With all success, comes failures, and mistakes, but overcoming them is what's important. Thanks for sharing that with me. It's very inspirational.

Breakfast: 2 slices of toast with butter sub= 170 calories

Hi!!!!!! It's me!!!!!

Okay so I had a decent week eating wise. It wasn't totally fab but it was an improvement. I just got back from a UK football game. It was freezing:eek:   . I was so proud of myself though!! I did good!! All I had to eat there was part of a pretzel and a bite of a piece of Tylers pizza!!

Yayayaya for me.

A Biscuit Conspiracy

I made biscuits this morning for my mom and dad to have for breakfast. I was going to have a couple myself until I saw the nutrition facts on the can.   I can't believe one measely little biscuit has 200 calories in it. Omg! So heres what I ended up having: 2 eggs, 2 pieces of toast, and a couple tablespoons of the butter-sub I use. All of that only ended up being like 260 calories in itself and was ofcourse much more filling then a single biscuit.

Good for you Jen! I can't believe all the calories in the stuff I used to eat. And I'd never settle for just one of anything. It's a miracle I was *only* at 200 lbs, considering.

I know! When I saw that I was like OMG! No wonder I'm big as a cow. I've only lived on biscuits and gravy my whole entire life practically. Lol.

Anyways
For Lunch: 1 can of greenbeans (I was really hungry and it was only 60 calories)

Snack: a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich which was an insane amount of calories. Im gonna have to go light on dinner.

I didn't weigh this weekend. I'm kind of proud of myself because I didn't have to hide the scale not to do it though. I'm going to weigh again this coming Saturday. I hope I've lost atleast five pounds. I think five pounds in two weeks is a pretty reasonable goal.

So today...

I grabbed some breakfast on the go this morning because I had some serious portfolio work to do. It wasn't very healthy. My grandmother made me a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwhich on wheat. For lunch I had what the school so willingly offers: 1 slice of pizza, a scoop of corn, fruit, and a carton of milk....

I just got back from walking for about twenty minutes around my neighborhood. I wasn't having much luck with the neighbors dogs and these stupid bugs kept trying to seek shelter in my mouth, so I decided to call it quits.

I know my moms going to want to cook up something nice and greasy for supper, and I'll end up having to find something else to eat.
