"Me Day"

So I had a really good day yesterday.

I think that's really something I'm going to have to start doing more often.

On a more frustated note though, I had a really hard time sleeping last night.

I woke up a little after one o'clock in the morning, and was up at least until four.

Also, strangely enough, I was suddenly starving to death and went on some wild cheese puff gourge as well.

That's so unusual for me. I never wake up hungry like that.

O well.

So today.. I've done ok. Not excellent, but ok.

Tomorrow I've got to start hittin it hard again tho.

All I've had to eat today was eggs for breakfast, and I just ate some peanut butter on a flour tortilla.

I guess that's good. I haven't eaten to much (yet) as usual... so yea it's good!

yum.... peanut butter on a tortilla... trust me, put a banana in it and wrap it up. PB+banana+flour tortilla= yummy goodness. :D Anywho, looks like you've been doing great. I do like how you took a "me day" I take those once in a while. Though, I can't at the moment, because if i don't go to school, I can't play volleyball that day. But, I plan to take a "me day" when the season's over.

Weightloss Status

I'm freaking out guys.

I haven't got to configure my tickers in a long while.

But that all shall change today.

I can't believe I've come so far.

It's taking me a while but it's getting done.

I really am going to be thin....:rolleyes: Something I've wanted my whole life, and have never had the oppurtunity to experience....

Breakfast

My mom made me:

2 eggs
2 slices of wheat toast
Little bit of bacon.

Not so healthy, but like I've said before. Breakfast should be your naughtiest meal of the day.
 
heehee.. Sounds almost like what I had for breakfast. eggs, turkey, cheese, and tortilla. heehee.. But i agree. if you pile it on in the morning, you can burn it off during the day! (as long as you don't eat unhealthily for the other meals of the day)
 
So I weighed today

I didn't lose anything this week. Again... I didn't gain either, so no complaints.

I'm doing decently, but I'm about to kick my own booty if I don't start eating the way I should.

I just gotta keep myself busy, so I won't use food when I'm bored.

it's ok not to lose, and a plus not to gain either. I'm almost afraid to step on the scale. ( I was a wee...oh alright, a LOT bad last night, eating too much pizza) You can do it, and if you need some booty kicking, i've just about invented a pair of pants that when you wear them, booty kick you everytime you go into the kitchen! :D

Wow. I didn't even realize that. Two more pounds and I'll have lost half of my goal. Thanks so much for bringing that to my attention. Talk about some motivation. :D :D

Now for you xorie girlie chick, i'm seriously needin me a pair of them pants. I suggest you have them marketed. Lol.
 
I find that gum keeps me from eating too much. In fact I think Orbitz is seriously kept in business because of me! :)

I haven't eatin all day... which is def not good, but in my opinion better than gorging as normal. I've got a couple more things to do in town, and then... when I go home... Imma have PB&J.

It's gonna be the greatest.

I wish you all could join me in the extravaganzas.

Today I've done okay.

I'm still not where I wanna be when it comes to eating correctly.

I haven't had a close to "perfect" day in a while.

I need to step it up, for sure.

I'd like to atleast be 145 by christmas.
