On The Road To Regain Control

This is so funny. Normally, in the past when I've tried to diet, it's totally gone unoticed throughout the household. Yesterday my mom comes up to me and goes, "What exactly are you doing to lose weight? Just cutting things out of you diet or what?" So her and daddy sit down and make groccery of all this healthy food she's gonna go pick up at the store today. Yaya for them! Maybe they'll start taking better care of themselves as well.

Yay! Maybe our parent's are metally linked or something. My parent's went to Costco today, and made sure that everything they got was on the "healthy for you list" It was amazing! I was shocked, because normally they get a bunch of that "fix it yourself" stuff that is really bad for you. Yay for observant parents! :D

Yay!

Breakfast: I had one of those little sausage biscuit packs that you warm up in the microwave. Those aren't really the best for me, but it's hard enough to make myself even eat in the mornings half the time.

I'll as usual balance it out with lunch and dinner though so no worries.

I'm not sure what I'll do for exercise today. I've got so many options. I think I'm gonna set the bowflex up and use it for the first time. Ahh yea, Imma be cut. Lol.

So I used the bowflex for some upper body workout this morning. Hopefully I can get rid of the chubbyness under my arms. I think that's mainly what I'll use the bowflex for anyways. Walking, and my aerobic tapes are good for everything else.

do you have free weights? for my triceps, I put my arms straight up, then bend my elbows behind me, but not all the way, then lift them back up. Do 10-15 reps, or, do pushups. Those are good too.

Does cleaning the house, bathing a cat, and surfing the net count as a workout? Lol. If so, I'm all set today.

Lunch: one left over piece of meatloaf.

i don't know, if bathing your cat is like washing my dog, then yes! :D Good job at eating right! And yay for leftovers! lol :D

We are so valuable.

We are so precious.

We are so worthy of this.

We owe it to ourselves to be healthy. We deserve so much to be happy.

I don't know about any of you guys... but I must honestly say, I Love Us!!! We are just a totally awesome group of people. You smell me? We've got so much ambition and desire to reach our goals and achieve our dreams.

Yay, for us, no doubt, for being so friggan strong.

Hey, Jen! Look at you with 19lbs gone already! Yay! for getting your parents to eat healthy. You're doing such a great job!

Sorry I haven't stopped by in a while! Life is getting the best of me! You are kicking BUTT!!! And yes, I love all of us too. Your inspiring words made me smile today. :)

Hey Moonie Moon. I miss you!! I hope things are working out in your life for the best. I'll continue to pray for you.

Hello peoples.

Last night Tyler came over and I wanted him to go on my walk with me but instead, we ended up playing basketball. Which was fine. Atleast I got in some kind of physical activity. I broke a terrible sweat no doubt though.

This morning I ate: WHEAT TOAST WITH MY WONDERFUL BUTTER SUB! No surprises there.

I can't decide what to do for my workout. I need to really start going about it in a more structured way. I'll get back to that in a bit.

I did a little bit of upper body this morning, since that's my main concern right now.

For lunch I had: Tuna and a few crackers.

Tonight when it cools down I may go walk. It's like four thousand degress outside right now. Hopefully it'll be cooler this evening.

Okay so how about this....

I thought I should lay down some very basic guidlines as to when I would fit my exercise in. This should help me stay motivated to even do it in the first place.

Mondays: Morning and/or Evening Pilates

Wednesdays:
Morning Walk

Fridays:
Morning and/orEvening- physical activity of choice.

I'm really worried about this sundays weigh in. I don't feel like I've lost any weight at all this week. Hopefully I'm wrong but we shall see.

Thanks! Yea I suppose I'm handling it.

Lunch: tuna and crackers again.

Tonight I'm going to a movie with Tyler and I know he'll be like "Let's get snacks!" So Imma have to be strong.
