On The Road To Regain Control

Breakfast...

Okay so breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so of course logically it should be the largest. I had a slice of wheat toast (with the butter-sub), a small cup of cheerios and skim milk, and two scramble egg whites. Yummy.

Off to a good start.

yeah, breakfast is pretty important... I was told, that IF i wanted to gorge, breakfast would be the time to do it. You have 12 loverly hours after that to burn it off! Good job!

I'm doing so good today, and loving every minute of it.

Breakfast: Already covered that.

Snack: Rice cake

Lunch: Bit of cottage cheese, and ham on wheat. Yum.

Dinner: Undecided...

I really can't believe how well I'm doing. It's blowing my mind. Yayaya For Me!:p
 
Lemme guess... you're getting this weird little happy feeling in your belly that just makes you want to jump around and dance like an idiot? Cause that's how I feel when I KNOW that i'm doing well. It's great. I love the feeling! Keep this up, and you'll be too sexy to look at for your senior photos! :D

Ok so for dinner I had My protein and some veggies. Fabby fabby fab.
I did wonderfully excellent today. I am very proud of myself. Yay for me. Yay, yay, and three times yay, for me!

Breakfast

So me and my mom and my dad are running through hardees this morning for some breakfast to take to the park with us to eat. Like alittle picnic deal I guess. Anyways normally I would get two sausage biscuits or biscuits and gravy or something, but today imma go for the breakfast burrito. It's prolly still got tons of calories, but the carbs won't be as bad. I'll of course just eat a lighter lunch, and dinner.

This sounds insane but I put on some clothes this morning and they already feel like there starting to fit alittle bit differently. I'm like oooooooo.
 
So I'm setting my official weigh-in day on Sundays. I stepped on the scale... and I've lost two more pounds!! That makes five so far!! Yayaya! I'm so excited!!!

I think I can survive it.

For breakfast I had wheat toast with the butter sub, and I've been sucking down water like a looney. I guess I think Im going to pee out that extra thirty five pounds... Not bloody likely. Lol.

I look okay, but i dunno.
 
im sure you will be fine. we all hate our own pictures for the most part so no worries. If that peeing 5 pounds works out let me know lol.....

Senior Pictures were fine besides the fact I had to drive all over the earth in order to find the golf course they were doing the outdoor casuals at. I looked cute, even though I wish I could have been thinner, I was fine.:)

For lunch I met Tyler, my boyfriend of two years, at Dariy Queen for a quick "rondevouz". Lol. He had ice cream, and I had a chicken sandwhich. It was delicious of course. I'm still sucking the water down, and I'll prolly have a salad for dinner.

Good for you! I'm just starting Junior year, and I've already been getting photo stuff... sheesh... you'd think they would hold their horses! lol. Water sucking= good!
