On my way to being slim

Hi everyone!
My name's marie and this is my new weight loss diary.
I used to be lot thinner, now im about 235 lbs. My goal weight is 120 lbs.
I want to be smaller like i used to be. Here is a picture below of how much smaller i was.
I was 125 lbs at the time.

So, here we go!

Breakfast: none (i woke up late)
Lunch: chili cheese fries 500 cal. (i, i know)
Dinner: 2 bake chicken legs, side of broccoli, 3 corn on the cobs
Snack: peanuts

I plan on cutting down on calories like last time and exercise daily like last time.

Hey Marie and welcome to the forum :)

Is the picture on the left how you used to look and the one on the right how you look now? And you want to lose even more weight than you did in the first pic? That´s a bit confusing for me because if I´m being frank you look underweight there already. May I ask how old you are and what height? Best of luck eating more healthily and giving your body the exercise it needs.

The pics on the bottom is how thin i want to be. It's the way i looked when i was thin, which is my goal to look like that again. Im fat right now, i weigh 234lbs.
And im 24 yrs old and my height is 5'5.
 
Today is day four of dieting. I eat regular food just less. And that usually works for me.g
My weight is 134 lbs
I ate:
Breakfast: none
Lunch: pasta 620 cal.
Snack:
Dinner:tuna sandwich

Exercise: 37 minutes of cardio

Hey Marie, even I use fitness blender they are amazing.best of luck on your weight loss but don't push yourself.eating healthy and exercise are way to go and weight loss will follow naturally.I would also recommend you to eat breakfast because it fires up your metabolism that helps in weight loss.

Dinner: a small amount of lasagnia

40 min. of cardio for exercise
 
Sounds like you were wayyy under calories today; remember to give your body all it needs to keep ticking over nicely.
