On January 10th I started living !

I officially weigh in once per week but aye, I can't resist stepping on and off the scale a couple of times a week, even though I know the fluctuations will just annoy me. Good job coming back to and keeping your diary updated eitherway, it's a great tool for helping you stay the course. Good luck in your journey.
 
I will weigh myself in 8 days but I know I will not have lost too many pounds by then. My very slow thyroid makes it harder for me. That´s why I never really kept on trying. I see results slower that others and I used to give up. But no longer. Even if that scale will show me 1 pound lost I will be proud and continue with everything I´m doing. :gnorsi:
 
Kudos on having the willpower to only weigh yourself once per month; that would definitely kill me!

It kinds kills me too, but I told my mother to take away the scale from me and the other option is to weigh myself at the pharmacy, which is always crowded like hell.

I can't not weigh myself, i get officially weighed each week at class but i always weigh myself before i go which im going to stop, i thought i had a bit more than i did off this week (1lb) and i was disapointed.

Forth Week !

It´s Wednesday OMG, I said I would update every Monday, but I totally forgot ..

It´s been a rough week, a complete disaster. I feel like everything I´m doing is in vain. Nothing seems to make me lose weight. I am going to weigh in tomorrow and I fear of the results sooooooooo much, but I´m not gonna give up. Be it as it may, I will continue on this journey. There has to be a way for me too, isn´t that right ?

Today starts my forth day on the low cal diet. I am totally freaking out. I said I was gonna weigh in on March 1st, but it seems too much, so I thought I should do it in 3 days, meaning after a week of low cal diet. There are supposed to be some results, right !?
 
Fifth Week !

My forth week has been a low calorie one - under 1600 kcal / day. I can´t figure out what weight loss plan is working better for me so I´m trying on a few ones. Hope the low cal gives me some results, because it´s the easiest one and I feel really good with it. I´ll weigh in on 17 February to see what are the results after just one week. I am really anxious ..
 
Sixth Week !

Has anyone tried South Beach ? I am really considering taking it up. The low cal just doesn´t seem to work for me. I haven´t dropped a thing in almost 2 weeks and I am thinking this is not normal ..

You lost 11lbs in your first month, that was amazing! You should just keep doing what you were doing. I've lost 5lbs since 3rd january... You're doing fantastic!!!!!

In my first monthe I used to eat 3 days fish, chicken, turkey, 3 days dairys and 3 days vegetables and fruit. I am very very busy and it was hard for me to eat this way. Anyways .. I am giving myself one week of low cal and if it´s not working at all, I´m going back to the 3 days diet :)
 
Omg, it's been so much time since I last signed in on this forum. I had some problems that I needed to work out and now I am the right track again. Tomorrow, 1st of April, I start my 3 days diet (3 days lean meat, chicken, turkey, beef, fish, 3 days dairies extra low fat and 3 days fruits and vegetables). Hopefully I will write in my diary everyday and hopefully this diet works as it did last time.
