My before, between, and current:

The first one in the black shirt is December of '06 at my heaviest of 210ish. Thats my skinny brother's monster hand on my shoulder. He's 6' and maybe, just maaaaybee 150-160lbs. Damn him!

The second is me chillin' with the Sea Turtles in the Cayman Islands the end of July/ beginning of August of this year at 175ish. Yay birthday cruise!

The last is the most recent taken a week or two ago. A total 'myspace angle' but oh well. My current weight is 153.

OK, that's really a change! You are beautiful on all of the pictures, but that sexy look, it comes only in the 150s. Right? Fab change! You are doing more than great! Treat yourself nicely, you deserve it.
