SUPER EXCITED! (Haha, this seems to be a reoccurring theme in my journals. When am I not excited?) I went to the gym this morning and I'm down to 167.8. WOO! I know I'm still a long way away from my goal, but I'm just so happy that my weight is slowly creeping off. I really can't remember the last time I was below 160. SO CLOSE! SO CLOSE! :)

Today is my cardio day and I only did half an hour. I'm going to go back once my dinner settles and finish up another 30 minutes.

SO I MADE PIZZA FOR DINNER! My coworker gave me a recipe for really healthy pizza and I even substituted stuff to make it healthi-er. If any of you guys want the recipe, let me know! This is such an accomplishment for me because I'm the worst cook ever. I was boiling an egg a few years ago and fell asleep. When I woke up, the water was all gone and the bottom of the egg shell was black. True story.

Pizza came out to 330 Calories! Super low and I couldn't even finish it.
 
HAHA!! i seen my dad do that once. The whole house was full of smoke. Congrats on the weight loss. Thats the best feeling in the world when you step on that scale and see your weight drop. It's good to see your losing the weight slowly. Easier to keep it off that way and you can tell you've made a lifestyle change rather than just dieting until you reach your goal. Best of luck!
 
Matt is an absolute Pizza FANATIC...PM me that recipe of yours. if I can make it so we can still have pizza without me having to make a separate dinner that I can eat, rock on. :D
Glad to see your weight is dropping. that's one hell of a great motivator. :D Keep going like you are and you'll be below the 160's in no time. ;)

LOVE THE story about the egg! I feel you there. I once set the electric stove and oven on fire .. at the same time. Ahhh terrible cook here. : )

Congrats on the weight loss! I'm so nervous to step on the scale Sunday, even though I've done really well this week. Haha LOVE the story about the egg. I'm not the greatest cook either. SEND ME THAT RECIPE! I'm such a pizza addict, so a healthy pizza recipe would be fabulous! :D Was it good?!
 
HEY GUYS! So I went out to celebrate my 21st last night with friends. Wow, MOST REDONKULOUS night of my life. No that's a lie -- but it was pretty crazy. I'm going to post a video journal about it later hopefully so you guys can see my expressions. Much more entertaining! :) Hope everyone's Friday was great!

IT WAS A CHICKEN BOOB! You seemed so intrigued by that part of my dinner I thought I would add a little picture aide. :D

Lol I have to give the credit to my sister, she crazy good with a mouse and mspaint. :D (edit: Well not in THIS picture, but in others.. LOL I just had to clear that up! xD)
 
WOO! I don't know why but my body woke me up SO EARLY this morning! I
went to the gym around 9:30 and got in a nice workout! I went shopping for a scale after. Up until now I've been content with just checking my weight whenever I'm at the gym. However, I go to the gym at different times every day so I know it skews my actual weight. Now I HAVEE A PERSONAL SCALE! I'm so excited. I got on it and then I ran away to drink a cup of water and got back on to see if my weight had changed. It did. Haha. Just for amusement though, kiddies. :)

I also stopped by the grocery store to pick up some food for the week. I bought TWO ACORN SQUASHES to make soup! I've been so addicted to it lately. SOO SOOO YUMM! It's also pretty low in calories! If any of you guys are craving split pea soup or mashed potatoes, this makes such a good substitute! I PROMISE.

If anyone has good recipes that are lwo in calorie please send them my way! I'm trying to switch up what I'm eating. THANKSS!
 
OOPS SORRY, one more thing! I found an electronic remix of Kanye West's LOVE LOCKDOWN. SOOOOO GOOD for working out! I had it on repeat my whole workout today. You guys should iTunes it! :)

I love that Kanye song! WOO! Also Stronger is another good workout one from him. Makes you wanna do more!
 
I went back to the gym tonight to do another half hour of cardio! YAYY. I try to get a lot in on the weekends when I have more time. :) GO TEAM SWEET CHEEKS!
