Okay, here we go again!

Hello all. I'm back, have been going to the gym for two months now, on and off low carbing...I'VE NOT LOST AN OUNCE. My clothing still fits me the same...so I went to our wellness people and had a metobolic test done, my RMR is 2320 with the exercise I am doing I can eat 3248 calories daily and maintain my weight...not sure what is going on as I've been eating about 1600-1800 cals daily and have not lost an OUNCE. Not giving up, will start posting again Monday. :(
 
I'm sorry to hear you're not getting results. Have you gone to a doctor to have a full blood panel done up? There might be something going in which makes it hard for you to lose. Just something to think about. If that step has already been done, what kind of foods are you eating and what kind of exercises are you doing? How often do you go to the gym? Hang in there and keep on fighting.
