I hate how everything is promoted as being "healthy" just as an example how rediculous this has gotten:
Where i live a few weeks ago a new domino's commericial was advertised and it starts by a group of thin women in their early 20's unbuttening their jeans (no it's not what you're thinking). Right after this the pizza man is at the door and he says "keep ya pants on girls, this is domino's thin and crispy" - implying that you eat as much thin and crispy pizza as you want and not stay looking like these hot girls do. Then right at the end of the add the slogan is "fill full, not stuffed".
Weight loss shows like "the biggest loser" and "celebrity overhaul". These shows can be so misleading for people that want to get into shape but don't know how. I hate when one of the contestants is losing so much rapid weight loss and they say something like "and my muscles are bigger too" - uh, no they're not dickhead, if your muscles were bigger than when you started then you'd also be fatter than when you started. There's other things i don't like about these weight loss shows but i don't wanna make this post too long.
