Ok what the hell?

bulk is size, strenght training is for strenght :p its different rep schemes.. bulk is 8-12 i belive.. strenght is higher weight and less reps..

Yes, try and do about 4-6 reps to gain strength. Know that strength training will take a lot longer to gain mass... Don't push yourself too hard, either.
