Hey guys I am new out here but have been fighting with the fat for a little over a year. I lost over 50lbs but gained 20lbs of it back over the last 3 months so I am starting fresh tommorow morning.
I am going to use the walk away the lbs videos starting with 1 mile walk (although I prob wont be able to do the whole mile non stop I may have to take a couple little breaks and pause it andd start it up but I hope I don't.)
I am going to use the Bob Green Best Life Diet for my eating program
And I will be doing some weight lifting on Mon Wed and Fri
A light starters circuit I used the last time I got going till I get some of this weight off again. I am back up to 450lbs today and am emotionally crushed but ready to take action.
Looking for some input on the mis of these three things for more experienced members. (or anybody really
) Keep in mind I am 450lbs with bad everything lol so my mobility as far as legs and back go is very limited.
When I start walking I build up strength pretty quick though.
