i posted this a few weeks ago but now ive finally got the pics working... hopefully! (and my son is now 10months just so u know!) :
well im hoping i can figure out how to attatch my pics! i had my son 8 n a half months ago. when i was 9months pregnant i weighed 100 kgs, i think thats bout 220 pds, (im 172 cm tall or bout 5'7) for my checkup at 8 weeks i weighed 85kgs (187pds) and i am currently 69kgs (151pds) and i wanna get down to bout 65kgs (143pds). thats a good weight for me, before i got pregnant i was anorexic and i was still in recovery (only just started the womenly monthly buisness again) when i got pregnant so i gained alot of weight becuase i hadnt been eating for 12 months, when i ate again my body stored everything it could. i put on 32 kgs (70 pds)! ive been doing weights, i work out for 20 mins a day, 6 days a week (its all i can fit in at the moment!) and eating sensibly (im breastfeeding so i still have around 1600-1800 cals a day) but i feel good, becuase im actually training my body to lose weight healthily and normally.

p.s if my anyone knows if my conversions from kgs to pounds r incorrect could u let me kno? thanx

this is me about 3 months after birth
this two are recent from about the end of august
ok im gonna try and get sum full length body shots, but i still wanna tone up more and maybe loose about 2-5 kgs... ok that all i think! have a good 1!
