This is me before I started losing weight on July 15, 2006.



This is me after I lost 24.5 pounds on September 2, 2006.


I tried posting full length pics but they are coming out too big.
When I get to 50 pounds, I will post another pic.

Yea, I know.

My wife said the same thing. I was in a rush getting the picture so I could put it on my home page. One thing I noticed was when I made my home page, was that I had a fat head. That was my comment, "I had a fat head."

One thing is for certain. It has been fun losing all of this weight.
