Ok ... moving to Florida next semester. Gotta look decent ... NEED HELP

alright .... so here's the deal. I'm going to be living in Florida next year and I want to improve my look.

I'm a thin guy weighing in at 150 lbs. at 5'10'' and I want to get a little more buff. I'm focusing more on upper body ... I want bigger pecs, thicker shoulders, and thicker arms. I just need to know what I need to do on a daily basis that will get me going on the right path. I'm already cut (5% body-fat) so I'm not worried about that.

I'll keep this very simple cause thats all you need with your bf.

1. Eat A LOT!!! Mc Donalds every now and then wouldn't kill ya, you'll need the fat.
2. Keep excercises simple. Pullups, dips, deadlifts, squats, etc, nothing fancy.
3. Lift heavy and workout like an animal, kiss your social life goodbye.

Florida won't know what hit it.
 
Have you ever done weight training / body building before? Nice work with the 5% bf. that's gonna help a lot in Florida lol.

pan if I was your professor I would be giving you an A- 'cause you nailed everything on the head - but I'm gonna critique it just a lil bit (not to be rude bro):

1. eat a lot of good s.h.i.t., not just anything. talk to spockafina cause she's good at listing all the super nutritional food for protein carbs & fat. What a science officer!!! & stay away from mcdonalds period.
2. keep exercises simple, but throw in isolation movements for each muscle towards end of weight sessions.
3. Lift heavy and workout like a WOLVERINE!! But I do not know why you would have to kiss a social life goodbye, cause you should spend 1 hour weight-lifting a day tops. however, if a social life were to include massive boozin', smokin weed, etc, cut that s.h.i.t. out ASAP.

also, do legs as if you werent just focusing on upper body (at least once a week).

and leg extentions dont count. im talking squats and deadlifts.

If I'm doing pushups, how do I work the inner pectoral area ... if that's even possible ???

I have a 5 pack (not a six pack) .... is there a way to even it out? hehe
 
I belive you can work your inner pecs by doing diamond pushups (hand together, point fingers and thumbs touching - makes the shape of a diamond).
 
I'm pretty sure that diamond push ups work more triceps than chest, althought I could be wrong. Flyes on a smith machine I would imagine would work the inner pectoral, but this is kind of like targeting the part of the bicep near the shoulder, it's hard to do, and if done, you're still working the rest of the muscle.
 
When you're doing diamond push ups focus on your inner pecs, squeeze them at the top of the movement.
