I'm actually putting in about that much time too, minus the time when I'm at work. (I work out of town, but my job can be pretty labour intensive)
The health benefits far outweigh the small amount of fat that lingers, which would be easy to get rid of. Then it becomes more of a question on what you want to give up: Performance, or that small amount of extra weight.
Yesterday I ran 4.6 miles in 39 minutes. I did that after an hour weight lifting session. I put everyone in the cardio section to shame...lol. I'm also getting really strong. It's pretty addicting.
I definitely had some eyes on me, for sure ;p
I'm sure you do too, haha...
