Ok, IT BEGINS!! 167 to Hottness!!!!!!!

Yeah I'm at 154.0! I told my husband I will be at 150 by the end of the month and I will be buying new jeans!! I know they may be the same size but the ones I have (the brand) is too loose. I think it may be time to buy more form fitting jeans!:auto:
 
Awesome, so glad to hear it. It's really a pain in the butt losing weight in regards to clothing huh? You don't want to buy more because you're expecting to lose more, but your normal clothes just look ridiculous. lol....

Ron thanks! I am good. I have actually gained to a weight of 138.8, but I am running 4miles per day and lifting. Therefore, 1.5 hours per day in the gym 5 days per week. I am not shrinking as much as I would like. However, my endurance is crazy and I am starting to see definition, slowly but it's there.

I'm actually putting in about that much time too, minus the time when I'm at work. (I work out of town, but my job can be pretty labour intensive)

The health benefits far outweigh the small amount of fat that lingers, which would be easy to get rid of. Then it becomes more of a question on what you want to give up: Performance, or that small amount of extra weight.

Yesterday I ran 4.6 miles in 39 minutes. I did that after an hour weight lifting session. I put everyone in the cardio section to shame...lol. I'm also getting really strong. It's pretty addicting.

I definitely had some eyes on me, for sure ;p

I'm sure you do too, haha...
 
You crack me up! I wish I could run that fast and that long. I'm sure you are looking good. You should be proud! I am shrinking (I think) but it is frustrating when I don't see the number change. I need to start measuring. I am so bad at it. It's great that you are doing so well.
