Ok I have a situation..... (love handles)

I want to get rid of my Love handles. I like the weight I am In now and dont desire to get any more thinner. But I have these love handles that reallly bother.

I know eating right always helps, Runnign also helps for toning up, but it also makes you lose weight quickly..... which is not what Im looking for.

Does anyone know where im trying to get to? How do I lose the Love handles without having to get any thinner?

thats what i'm trying to accomplish now. so far i've lost only 2lbs in bodyweight but i've lost 4 points off my bodyfat %.

i'm doing HIIT 3X a week and lifting 3X a week. i'm also eating 6 meals a day. my diet is about 40% protein, 30% carbs and 30% fat.

high intensity interval training

i was bulking at the beginning of the year. then to make the switch to cutting i kept my protein and fat intake right where they were and lowered my carbs. by low carbs i went from 300 to 400 a day to 100 to 200. this of course lower my overall calories.

6 meals a day. like one meal is chicken/cottage cheese/nuts. another meal is a round steak and veggies. very simple.

still lifting hard and heavy. compound movements mostly with a few isolation exercises thrown in. doing HIIT on the bike and treadmill for 10 minutes tops.

i had made a fool out of myself. i thought my bodyfat % was 18%. well i got some new calipers and turns out i was actually at 22.1%. talk about feeling like an idiot. :(

once i picked my pride up off the floor i just got back to work. that was on april 26th. i was 182 at 22.1%. 2 weeks ago i was 180 at 18.4% bodyfat.

You still dropped some fat. Would u think u dropped a lot or a little bit of fat for the 2 months you worked out? Anyway, your workout plans sounds mad good.

its all in my waist. my upper abs are getting leaner but i still have the classic blob in my lower abs. i'm guessing (hoping, praying, willing to pay money for :D) that when i get down to 15% i'll notice a difference there.

i think for decent abs you need about 10-15% with good lighting lol. good work abear. quick question though, do you feel like your muscles have shrunk since you've introduced HIIT 3 times a week?

not at all. i've learned to keep my protein intake up and still continue to hit the weights hard :)
