hey hon! where are you at?! hope all is going well in your world =)

I saw your post about the high body fat percentage still... I'm worried about that for myself as well - and i'm trying to figure out how to burn more fat... It seems from what they are saying (on that website) that we need to be doing more exercise for longer periods of time in the "fat-burning" zone... which means a lower heart rate. I'm not sure of what exercise you are doing, but maybe you need to spend more time spending less energy? They also suggested weight training - even though it will increase our heart rate for the short term - it's long term effects will help us to burn more fat in our day to day lives...

um christina, u think its drugs? i wasnt quite sure what to make of your post.

amomono, all i have ever done for exercise is walking cause thats pretty much all i CAN do. lately i only do about 35 minutes at a time. so i wouldnt say my heart rate is that high...i figured out my fat % using an online calculator. but it seems the higher your waist size, the higher the fat % and i just cant seem to get my waist to budge below 27! of course it takes into account other stuff like hips (they are hard to get inches off!) and also neck circumfirence. as far as weights, i have hand weights at home but that doesnt help much i guess.

there were (and still are) many times i feel like i lost my will power. but i dont let a slip up here and there get to me. its NOT the end! i also allowed many cheat days here and there so i wouldnt feel deprived. this forum has helped me tons, the girls are great supporters! :) i cant thank them enough.

down to 118 as of this morning. i doubt i will have much of a problem with TG dinner as my meals have been very small and i dont think my stomach can handle too much anyway. its like when the survivors win a challenge and get to eat a huge meal...well you know how they end up paying for it afterwards in the bushes lol. ;)
 
whew i thought pigging out on thanksgiving put 5 pounds on me for sure but it didnt! still 118. :)
