i am here you dont gotta send the police after me lol. it was the weekend after all and i was trying to take it easy cause i been getting chest pains lately. i'm pretty sure my blood pressure pills need to be discontinued because its been running very low lately but my doc appt isnt til thursday so i have to hang on til then. we are getting a lot of snow tonight so i will be stuck in the next day or so.

Good evening WW! I'm sorry to hear you are still having chest pains. How scarey! Do you know if your cholesterol levels have come down yet? Have you looked into any natural cures besides pills? I'm not a marketer of natural cures, but I did pick up the latest copy of "Natural Cures they don't want you to know about." If I come across anything good about heart conditions, I'll pass it on. I havent been able to read it because of school, but after finals this week, I'll read it. There's a chapter on losing 30 pounds in 30 days. Interesting stuff.

Hope you feel better! Take it easy and take care of yourself. You're the only one I know who's lost the weight and got to your goal. We need you.

Okay you said you were going to get a lot of snow...does that mean another bathing suit pic out in the powder is in the future?..Lol
 
Chest pains ay …come on Thursday, make sure you tell your doctor if you are feeling lethargic or moody, and if any other part of your body is aching like your arm ect. Hope your feeling better soon hun.

i think i figured out what it was. my stupid blood pressure pills! they were lowering my bp too much because i dont need them anymore since i lost all this weight! i stopped taking them sunday and since then i havent had any more dizzyness, blackouts, or chestpains.

birthday present to self: whole wheat english muffin with teaspoon of peanut butter. it was so yummy cuz i have not had peanut butter in ages and i LOVE the stuff! :) got to go make fresh coffee now, friend is comin over.
