oh no will i lose muscle

I have been sick this past 2 weeks and not able to do my lifting routine, and if i try it's almost like i'm forcing myself. Will this 2 week period cause me to lose muscle mass i have been going crazy these two weeks not being able to workout.
 
It should be fine, just make sure to take in a little extra protein and plenty of rest. If you have been lifting for a while a break may be just the thing anyway. some of my best growth of muscle and strength has come after a week off.
 
Any muscle you lose by taking a break will be much less than what you'll lose by trying to train through it.

Plus, for a variety of delightfully biochemical reasons I won't go into, the muscle tends to be more responsive to growth after a layoff anyway. Whatever you lose you'll gain back with more to spare.
