The hubby and I woke up, had a few grapes and some water and headed straight to the gym
Today was arm day
First started off with 10min of the stair machine to get my heart pumpin
Then went to the weight room and did:
Shoulder press w/ 12lb dumbbells, 3 sets of 10
Dumbbell Curls, 3 sets of 10 (10 each side)
Pushups 3 sets of 10
Shoulder press w/ cable setting at 5lbs, 2 sets of 10
Cross body pull, 2 sets of 10
Stability Ball V-Pass, 4 sets of 10 <— that one kicked my ass BAD! lol
Overall had a good workout
My eating habits are still something I need to work on
Gonna start counting calories now too
I've always failed at these diets, I try to tell myself that I'm doing this to be healthy, so my mind doesn't go "oh it's another one of your fad diets, you'll start another one soon again anyways" and end up eating crap. So today was an okay day, overall but I still gotta keep up with it and keep going at it.
