odd problem with my chest

my problem is my left pec is all big and the lower part of my right pec is all flat when i flex so is there any exercise for the bottem part of my chest please help thanks.
 
If you're faced with asymmetrical development you could try using dumbells. Rather than doing barbell bench press use dumbells. This works each side of your body independant from the other. You stronger/bigger/more developed side will not be able to over-compensate for the weaker side.
