Hey, I'm also 5"4', and I'm having a hard time dropping weight. My heavest was only 155, but I want to get down to 120ish.. I dipped down to 139 this summer, now.. it's been at least a month, and I'm hovering at 142. I want it to go away.. just the last few lbs, but i seem to loose 3 gain 3 almost daily. I've made 130 as my short term goal. it's just taking so long to loose any weight!
I'm watching portion sizes and I'm doing cardio 5 times a week and weights 4. What do you suggest? How long do you think it will take- realistically?
