!!! Wow. That is a huge accomplishment and so amazing. You look stunning! It is crazy how different you look. You should be feeling great about yourself.

Everytime I see a before and after picture of someone, it really inspires me to work harder toward my goal weight.

I don't know how many times I have heard people say - yeah you can lose weight but you shouldn't expect to be "skinny". I'd love to show them your pics!

What an inspiration. You and I are about the same height and I have about the same amount of pounds to lose as you did. I will be happy if I look even half as great as you do when I reach my goal, and I WILL reach my goal.

Thanks all for the positive feedback. I just hope that these pics prove that you really can acheive your weight loss goals. I can't tell you know many times i looked at other people's before and after pics and "wished" i could do the same... well now I'm proud to show off my own!! Its tough.. but not impossible... and there isn't any secret.. eating healthy and exercising! I am healthier and happier than I remember being in a lot time..although I will admit I still have my own personal issues with self esteem that didn't magically go away with the weight... so I'm still working on changing the way I think.

Good Luck to the Rest of you with your journey! (although luck has nothing to do with it)
