obliques

any suggestions aside from side bends? and side leg raise? i can see now my obliques, but i think need more mass on my sides.

Damn man, your pics keep getting more and more impressive.

Maybe try some Flutter Kick Crunches. Or some Fingers To Heal Oblique Touchers.

There are 14 exercises for the obliques here.


But it doesn't include my personal fav, which is the hanging twisting leg raise, or side to side raise.

The side to side raise is like a side grab as if you were skating, but your hanging from a bar.

Check them out. Scroll down a little and click on which muscle group you want to work and they will give you a lot of results with .gif's to help you utilize the correct form.
