At 5'4 i'm 204 pounds. My waist is 42" and My clothes range from anywere between a Size 14 to 22 :S
I usually have around 1600 calories a Day and Excersise for about 30 to 45 Minutes- Anything i should change? I've overate 19 out of 35 days so far (I started at 214 pounds)
Any tips? Also, I have SERIOUS problems with over-eating.
And i kinda need Motivation which i don't get from Family...

But it wasn't like a bad feeling that I would get with the other more chemical man-made stuff, so so far so good... I'll update you and let you know exactly how it goes over time, but it doesn't hurt to try it
