NSCA-CPT Study Materials

When you guys study for the NSCA-CPT what study materials do you buy? There seems to be a lot of packages, just the book, or audio cd's, etc. What are the "real" essentials?

I was thinking about getting the main book, and some practice exams (there are a lot of practice exam volumes, does it matter? Do I need all of them?) I just want to get them for personal refrence/studies and see how difficult the test is.

I thought, 'Advanced Strength and Conditioning' was alsmost exactly what was on the test. It was a book for a class I took like 4 years ago..

the book is all you really need. maybe the sample tests if you think you're not learning the material and wanna pre-test yourself.

Nasm is one of the best training for pros. I hope they have more charts and design techniques to make it easier to learn and remember stuff. I have tried to mesh up important questions in these charts. If you wnat you pass the exam try to go for question again and agaiin until you remember them. Can find lot of material
