Unfortunately I do not have any "before" pictures, but I have a current picture. I've been training for about 6 months for more muscle mass. I started off at 106 lbs and no tone/muscle and now I'm up to 127. I'm going to go to the local ymca gym (small town, only gym and I live 20 minutes outside of town) and measure my bf.
