Hi, I'm a novice just getting into training my biceps. My main objective is to increase my muscle size (the visual appreance) and I'd also like to increase my strength.
Since I work at home on my limited budget I only have dumbells to work with. I'd like to design a routine to follow but I'm not sure where to start. Also, I've been hearing good things about High Intensity Training so I'd like that incorperated into my routine as well. If someone could help me design a routine to follow it would be great.
