Hey all, I'm back again with another month's progress. It's important to note that for the past month I have been lifting to try to gain mass instead of just dropping pounds. I definitely notice I can lift more. Anyway, my weight at the end of the month is 200 (I'm still waiting to be under 200 consistently) and my waist is 36".
