I am in Melbourne...finally. I have been walking and walking and walking. Today I went iceskating followed by lunch at the lindt cafe. I had strawberries dipped in chocolate....so good.
For my exercise tonight I will be Salsa dancing until the early hours....
Friday
- stuck to plan (see last entry) Kickbox was hard...My legs were still recovering from spin/fitball and now my arms are the ones needing to recover.
- dinner was small portions meatloaf, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, lettuce, tomato salad with cashew nuts. I have no idea how many calories in this but given the rest of the day was 700cal, I may have eaten just enough calories.
- cup of tea and scotch finger....oops
Saturday
- fruit salad
- 2 X skim latte
- steamed duck, 1/4 cup of rice, vegies (restaurant food)
- 2 X lollies
- 1 scoop green tea icecream
Sunday (today)
- 1 slice bacon, 1 mushroom, 1 tomato. 1.5 egg, 1 slice pumpkin seed bread (all cooked at home without oil)
- Strawberries dipped in chocolate + skim flat white
- 5 pieces of sushi with raw fish
- restaurant for dinner (???) Surprise planned by my friends. I think it may be more sushi...yum!

- sushi X 1 hand roll
- chicken, spinach, mushroom salad
- I will walk all day, shopping and at art galleries.
- 30min yoga/calisthenics in my hotel apartment.
