Yeah well I could do without the double chin too lol.

I noticed on my walk yesterday I nailed it pretty hard (fast, consistent speed) and didnt feel like my usual workout. Starting today I am going to step things up a bit. Throwing on a movie (The Bank Job) and gonna try to stay on my treadmill throughout it.

Food Plan for today:

1 bottle of water
1 bowl of puffed wheat w. skim milk
1 banana
1 bottle of water
Snack: Some Cauliflower and Broccoli (no dressing)
1 bottle of water
1 bowl of brown rice, skim milk, raisins, cinnamin and nutmeg
1 bottle of water
1 small caesar salad (light dressing, croutons, romaine, bacon bits, parmasan)
1 bowl of brown rice and vegetable stir fry (cauliflower, broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, onion, celery)
1 bottle of water
Snack: More Cauliflower and Broccoli (no dressing)

Well off to watch a movie!
 
Do you actually buy all those bottles of water, or are you using one and refilling it?

If the former, why not pick up a decent water bottle and buy the 5-gal jugs from the water store? Save you lots of money, and cut down on having to properly recycle all those plastic bottles.
 
Im up to 3 bottles that I use now lol. Started with just one but was downtown and bought another, etc. But I just fill them up with the bottled water we buy from town (18.9 litre jugs). I usually fill 2 at a time, one to drink now and one to put in the fridge to be cold for later.

The movie was good! Walked for 1/2 of it on the treadmill. Watchin something else tomorrow to work off this bottle of rum I got...
 
Ok! Another day, here we go.

Food Plans:

1 slice whole wheat bread, 1 egg (fried), 1 slice of cheddar
1 caesar salad and a vegetable stir fry
Plenty of water as I go.
Will snack on the cauliflower and brocolli in the fridge.

Might go to Tim Hortons for a green tea later...

Excersize Plans:

Treadmill 1:10 or longer @ 4.8/hour or better.
Workout, weights, skip rope, crunches, etc. about an hour

REAL hard not to hop on the scale. But I dont feel so successful this week so I think I will just let it slide and keep going without worrying about the #'s.
 
Another day, about to be another sweaty t-shirt on the treadmill! lol

Things still going ok I think, I have had about a bottle and a half of rum over the weekend though. I did eat somewhat sparsely though... not that matters.

I want to try to quit smoking but I am really afraid I'll start binge eating again...

Anyway, gonna go chock up some frags on Killzone 2 before I watch a movie and walk on the treadmill till its time for dinner. l8r
 
204.8lbs. Ive lost exactly 30lbs since I started.

I now unequivicably(sp? cuz im too lazy to google it) weigh less than I have through my daughters entire life (thats 12 years) :)

Weighing again tomorrow... was a mid-afternoon weighing, already ate and had alot of water so I expect it will be less first thing tomorrow morning!

*edit* WOOT! Made 50% of my weightloss goal already muaha YESSSSSSSSSS!
 
Wow. I wish I could do even close to as well as you.

I'm only losing at half the rate that you are, and while I'm generally happy with that, I admit that I am jealous. :)

We'll dont get too jealous I still have a long way to go!

I dont think I have ever taken weightloss this seriously and for some reason its just really different this time around... As I said initially I focused on my eating, why I was eating (when I wasnt hungry) etc.

My diet before was AWEFUL. 2 huge cups of coffee with sugar and sugared coffee creamer for breakfast, all you can eat chinese for lunch, pizza for dinner, 3 cups of Timmies coffee (before / during / after work) @ 400calories / extra large (english toffee) and quite often a pan of baked spaghetti before bed...

Im finding more and more I am able to control what I consume. I still eat horrible thigns... I've had teenburgers from A&W along with rootbeer (yuck, too sweet), we ate fish and chips last week from sir bobs... I been trhough a six pack of beer and two 26'ers of Parrot Bay Rum (sweet) recently. I ate almost 2 caramilk bars yesterday... But for the most part I think its the lack of raw sugar in the coffee and tim hortons that I was consuming daily that has attributed to such rapid weight loss. Im eating FAR LESS pure crap than I was before and consuming far more water. Top that off with any amount of excersize and your pretty much guaranteed to at least get healthier even if you dont lose alot of weight. ((p.s. i still drink english toffee from tim hortons, but i share one of my wifes instead of getting my own and drink water if she goes back to timmies))

Just keep going, everybody is different! and THANKS A TON for the encouragement and support!
 
First thing in the morning weigh in @ 203.4lbs!

Very Happy. 3.4lbs to go before July 14th... somehow I think I'll make it! WOOT!

Great job! You've lost a TON of weight and changed your lifestyle so MUCH!! :party: I find your diary an inspiration. Keep it up and I can't wait till you reach your goal!

'nother day, didnt do anythign really special. Didnt even go for a walk today. Wife's back was hurting so I stuck around the house for the most part. But at least I ate ok today...

Breakfast: 2 bowls of puffed wheat with skim milk
Lunch: Vegetable Sandwich on whole wheat bread (no chease or dressings)
Dinner: 1 bowl of spaghetti (no cheese) w. sauce and 1 bowl of Caesar salad.
Lots of water.

Walking tomorrow for sure though!

Breakfast - 1 bowl of puffed wheat w. skim milk
Lunch - Veggie sandwich, no dressing
Dinner - 1 bowl of spaghetti w. cheese
Lots of water

Went for my walk today, jogged a little ways on the way home. Not sure my knee's are up for that kind of abuse...

Still kinda worried that losing another 28lbs wont be enough... seems to be a hella lot of chub here... LOL

We'll its late, but im gonna go work out in the shop for a while, do some yoga, and get on the treadmill with a show to watch.

Hey, sorry to hear about the late paycheck. Drat them payroll companies!!

I hope you're okay and not overdoing it on the chocolate; maybe try to limit yourself to a few small pieces, then call a friend or go for a walk....

You'll make it, just focus on your goal. You're a winner! :)

You would think after all this time I would be accustomed to not getting paid on time... since this is like the 6th time its happened it 10 months... paid every two weeks (suppose to be) so they mess up like 30% of my paycheques...

One of htese days it will piss me off so bad ill just say fack it and quit.

Anyway, another day and still not paid. h8 my job.

Ok, so its 11:55pm and I just got off the scale...

200.2lbs... and I know when I get up I will weigh a bit less than that because its late, ive eaten and drank alot, etc. Can't wait.

Basically I consider achieving my goal of 200lbs by my birthday on july 14th accomplished... gonna work out another reasonable goal to try to reach for then after I get an accurate weight tomorrow morning! Im thinking about 190.71lbs... which would roughly put me at 20kilo's lost, thats 2 big bag's of sugar! Thats like... 9.49lbs in 20 days... so 0.5lbs / day... pretty unrealistic... but a man can wish! Anyway...

SUCCESS!
