not training for 5 months. What is going to happen to my cardio and muscle?

I am a fitness fanatic but an studying abroad in london and can't afford a gym nor have the time. I was wondering what is going to happen after 5 months of non-cardio and non-weight traing work? Will I gain weight? Will my metabolism slow down a lot. If I stick to running 3 days a week will these keep me going? If I run I always want to do more but can't. Weight training is a nill. What is going to happen to all my muscle? Will is atrophy or just reduce strength and how long until I get my results back?
 
a couple years ago i took 6 months off from training and it took me years to recover from that. in those 6 months i lost size and strength and gained around the waist. :(

like LFNY says, fit something in at the very least 2X a week. you can do chins, dips, pushups, etc plus what was mentioned above. :)
 
Thanks for the help. I'm walk everywhere in london. I'm going to start running hopefully at least 3 times a week but with travel, it makes it hard. I have resistance bands but don't really like them but I will try to use them as much as I can. My room is tiny tiny tiny so I don't have a lot of space. Free space is probably 4 by 6. I will do my best. Thanks.
