Advice would be appreciated.
I'm a 29 yo female, 5'5", 127 lbs, bf% definitely unknown, however I'm guesstimating 25-30% based on the measurement I had a year ago which was 30% and I haven't changed much sice then.
I run 3 times a week: M,W,F, and do weight training and elliptical on T and TH. Should I do a full body workout on T and TH, or do upper on one day, lower on the other?
