Yep-

You make it your signature so it shows up every time you post something.

To do it, you first need to go to the ticker site you used to create your ticker and copy the "BBcode" they give you (the one for forum signatures on message boards, not the HTML for websites.) Once you've copied that, just go into your Weight Loss Forum User CP (blue menu bar, top left of any page) and click 'Edit Signature.'

Paste the copied code into the box and click 'Preview Signature' down at the bottom (to make sure it worked and shows up the way you want it to.) If it's good, be sure to click 'Save Signature' before exiting.

I'm no expert, but I muddled my way through it not having a clue and it worked, so... hope it helps!

Looking for another good week.

Got down to 221 on Saturday. I had a feeling it would be a good week. Looking for about 2+ this week and will try the same workout routine.
