Not losing weight why?

Hi guys

Im new here, and i want help and advice. im 21 and i weigh 27 stone which is getting me down and my height is 5ft 10, i started a calorie count diet 2 weeks ago and i go gym 3 times a week now, i feel brilliant now for it and the fact im trying to do something about my weight. I weighed recently and lost no weight but im lookin slimmer, i dont know why? Not sure if im building muscle or not? I go to the gym 3 times a week for hour doing cardio, on treadmill, cross trainer and the bike. And im on a calorie count diet.

Im very frustrated and dont have an answer why just feel like why should i bother!! feeling very down!

If you're looking slimmer, why does it matter how much you weigh? You could be gaining muscle to compensate for the fat you have lost, leaving the scale to not change. Don't give up! If the scales aren't what seem to be working for you, take body measurements and compare them on a weekly or bimonthly basis. Keep up the good work! Don't let the scale keep you down! :)
