not getting sore anymore

My deal is right now iv been working out hard for about a year and a half and i work out one major body part at a time I.E monday chest tuseday back wensday sholders and so on and im not getting sore anymore. Anyone got some kickass workouts or maybe some adivse on what i should do beucase i heard if you aren't sore you aren't going to grow as much. Anyone got anything for me?
 
Soreness is not an indicator of grown. Pick one of the major lifts each workout and do 10x3 using %80 of your 1RM with 90sec intervals, try that.
 
Orrrrr...there's always Dan John's One Lift a Day workout. You pick one movement and do a specified number of sets. Have you tried alternating lifts like front squats, RDLs, 1 arm incline db press etc
 
You can always try 20 rep squats and supersetting.
