Not enough energy as i used to have

OK. since august of last year i weighed 225lbs and i was only 15. so i was pretty obese. so i started to lose weight. Now im 16 and i weight around 155-160. I dont have the energy as i used too. Im losing energy faster than when i was bigger. i could run farther when i was a little bigger but i cant as much now. is it becuase my body is telling me to rest for a week or something? do i need to eat more? i need help.

if you cut down on the food it could be that, since food is energy. it could also be that you have trained for a long time, sometimes the body needs a week off from training ;)
im no expert, so you might want to get an answer from someone who knows more about it than me.
 
ye take a week off tarining and let your body get sme rest. Also if could be your diet that is the problem you may be cutting out the wrong foods and not eating enough. Best bet is to post up your diet including fluid intake and then we can give some feedback as to what may be causing it
 
Well for the mornings i have a piece of fruit or some kashi, or a bagel with some peanut butter. for lunch (11:30am to 12:14pm) i go to this local cafe and i get a small mocha glacier or a wheat bagel with no cream cheese or anything. just plain. but when i do get a bagel i only get water. for snacks i go munch some cereal from the box or a peanut butter sandwhich. i snack around 3:30. I workout every other day. I do cardio, abs and machines. for dinner i usually have steamed veggies and a slice of wheat bread. i dont eat meat as much im suppose too either. But recently, i have been binge eating alot!!! its scary and i get depressed for eating alot. i binged ate sunday and now yesterday (tuesday). but it wasnt nothing bad. it was mostly healthy food. i need help to control my eating and my thought on getting fat again. its sad because i know in my mind that im always going to think like that. im always going to think that if i eat im going to get BIG again. I NEED HELP!
 
Your lack of energy is because of your lack of food. You need to try and eat anywhere from 5 to 8 times daily. Eat more lean meats for protein. Protein is like Premium gas, carbs are mid, and fats are regular. More food=more energy. Just dont try to eat chocolate or something for that quick energy.
 
Its a lack of good nutrition, eating enough, etc. Sounds like you starved yourself to lose the weight. Sadly, this is the worse way to cut fat, because you'll lose a significant amount of muscle mass in addition to the body fat being shed. less muslce mass means you need fewer calories to maintain...so any surplus becomes a way to store fat back up.

Fix your workout routine. cardio, abs and 'machines'. lose 90% of the machines and stick to free weights.
clean up your diet, and you'll be able to eat a lot more food (volume wise) for the same number of calories.

AND FOR GOD'S SAKE, EAT SOME DAMN PROTEIN.
