NOT building up more mass but defining...

Hi Guys,


I've reached a stage where I'm totally happy with my overall body mass... now all I wanna do is basically keep the muscle but define it...

I know that u've gotta increase the reps & keep the weights easy but can any1 gimme some advice on how many reps I should do exactly?

Does any1 have a good routine they may b following?

For ex... biceps...3 sets x30 reps per set... etc..

I also keep a high protein diet...namely tuna, chicken breast, (some red meat here & there) ...if i feel like bread it'll b wholemeal, milk is always skimmed in my coffee's or special K in d morning etc etc...

i wasnt gonna stop but lower the weights as i dont wanna grow anymore... i'll just try to keep the muscle i already have

what do u mean by don't ever stop building though?...as in dont stop training? or dont stop growing ?
 
dont drop the weight and do more reps. you want to hang on to as much muscle as possible, right?

you do this by continuing to hit the weights hard and by keeping your protein intake constant. this will help maintain muscle and strenght. use the muscle to keep the muscle.

the stage you're at now is a matter of diet.

i'll also keep my cardio going together with d diet i'm on...
