i seriously need to lose weight

i am 11st 2lbs & i'm 18 yrs old, i have started the gym, but i have cravings between meals, is there anyone who can advise me on what foods i can eat by being on a diet or any1 who can give me recipes which are healthy, since i am running out of ideas, since i am trying to eat food, but in portions like pasta i would have like 1/2 a plate full. if anyone can reply i would very much appreciate it.
 
i'm so new to this dieting thing & the gym, & i don't want to be a size zero, but get down to a size 10, but i think i need support, that why i joined this forum, i'm taking this seriously. what do ppl recommend me to do in my eating habits??
 
i fink most of my weight has gone to my breast/chest area, my fat is spreadout, but i really need to start working out because i have not had sex in a while, because i fink my breasts r huge & ppl don't like them, i feel sick looking at them, i want to be flat like victoris backham.
 
Starting a diet is half the battle, so your half way there :jump:

For pasta, though I don't have any recipes, I generally cook whole grain pasta which has less calories, and thow some sauce on it and parm. cheese.

Try and eat 5-6 times a day in small portions

Drink your water, they say your suppose to drink about 8 glasses a day. Some can drink it with ease, some can't. If you don't like it by itself, try adding crystal light, its so worth it.

some snacks besides veggies and fruits that are ok to snack on are:
sugarless jello or pudding
wheat thins
rice cakes
if you have sugar cravings, you can try a 100 calorie snack pack
Tuna fish, chicken, and turkey are excellent to eat and a good source of protein.
Oatmeal for breakfast, or high fiber/protein cereals
