Im about 6'2", 210lbs. Im pretty chubby, and getting a bit sick of it. I need to come up with a plan to get me back in shape. Right now, I dont do any exercise, and I eat whatever I want.
I'm wondering what kind of exercise I should undertake to get rid of this beer belly and start working on some muscles. I have a bike, I dont have any weights or anything though. I have no clue what to get! I have cash to invest on my body, so any things I should buy to keep in shape is worth mentioning. Also, what about pills? I have no clue in this area aswell.
So along with healthy eating, tell me what kind of routine I should be following to get into shape and work on those muscles. One other thing, not sure if you can help me with this but worth a try. I have horrendous strech marks (due to my rapid weight gain) on my arms and stomach, how the hell do I get rid of them?
