I need to lose weight! ehehe. I'm doing some martial arts specifically taekwondo, and I can't be good at it if I'm this heavy. Well, actually, I'm not thi heavy before, I gained wieght because I stopped practcing martial arts for 2 years, now I want to come back.
My current weight is 175 and my height is around 5'10
Could you give me tips for starters?
I've been doing some muscle training for the past two years, but no improvements, I was just able to maintain my weight at 180 but that's all. Since I came back to martial arts my weight dropped to 175 but I don't do martial arts to lose weight I need to lose wieght to be able to do martial arts nicely
Here are some of my questions....
1. Do you think I should stop my muslce training, and just focus on my cardio drills? I asked this because, I feel I'm becoming heavier and looking more bloated due to my muscle training
2. What's the best time to exercise? I'm a bit clueless about this, I get off work around 5:30pm and I'm pretty worn-out alredy after that. If I'm not that tired I'm able to exercise at around 10pm.
