Noob looking for good weekly training routine

Hello,
I'm pretty new to this weight training, 7 months now. I enjoy doing it and am liking some of the results I'm seeing and feeling.

I think I am at a level now where I at least know what I want and can comprehend the answer from some seasoned weight trainers. I am looking for a weekly routine, 5-6 days. I would like to bulk up more and keep my body fat down. I currently weigh about 175lbs and am 5'10 tall.

I want something where I'll see the most results. I'm ready for any diet tips also. I have already made some pretty big changes in diet in the past 7 months so I'm ready for anything. I am also intaking about 184g of whey protein a day.
