No soreness

So I've been lifting for about a month. I used to get sore all over. But now after I lift I don't get sore at all. I'm pushing myself to the max with the amount of weights I use. Now my muscles are tight and hard as they have ever been. Is this normal to not get sore as you get stronger?

Dude i hate that... i always feel like i'm not pushing myself hard enough if I'm not horribly sore the next morning.

Try switching the exercises you're doing or the order you're doing them in. That always helps me.

It feels kind of nice, my muscles are so tight and hard. I wake up the next day and don't have any cricks in my back at all. I gained 8 pounds this past month. I'm going to post some pictures here soon on the photo gallery.

You're actually encouraging people to get sore...wow

Soreness isn't an indicatio for muscle growth

I got sore for the first month or so and since then hardly at all. Soreness is not an indication of a good workout, how you feel right when you leave the gym is better.
