I feel really pee'd off today :( after managing to lose nothing last week i'm dreading the scales tomorrow.. if i've lost nothing again i'll be really depressed.. :( since last friday i've walked 36 miles in total and not cheated on my calories once!.. fingers crossed that it's not a dreaded plateau :mad:

Hi, sorry, been really busy all week!

To be honest been a bit down too, in about 6 weeks i'm gonna have to leave the house i've lived in since i was born :( On to new beginnings tho i guess..

Seem to be really struggling to lose weight at the moment, the last few weeks have been pretty poor after such a great start... i wonder sometimes if i'm being too strict and exercising too much (building too much muscle perhaps..??)

Oh well i suppose at least i'm still losing a little each week so shouldnt moan.. tho any helpful ideas or tips wouldnt go a miss! :D
 
I say that you freak your body out and cheat for a day or two. Shock your system so that it'll kick start your metabolism and start working again.

At least once a week I eat a little more than normal so that my body doesn't start getting used to 1200 calories every day and stops burning off my fat.
