No, not again!

I'm new here and I thought that by starting a journal online here that maybe it will force me to hold myself accountable.

I lose 125 pounds (twice in my life) only to gain it back. Not this time! Fortunately I have decided to get my butt on the scale to see where I'm at. I gained 30 pounds back. Glad I caught it now before it gets out of control.

So, my plan of action:
Exercise which will include 10 to 20 minutes of Pilates stretches a day
Cardio such as walking, aerobics, dance
Count calories and watch the fat, sugar, and of course my portions

Well, it all begins here. I started my day with a healthy breakfast and I'm ready to begin.

Well day one has passed and I did pretty good. We did our 4 1/2 mile powerwalk and I did my morning Pilates. I also stuck to a healthy eating plan. Next week Brian will be on 3 to 11's and I will try to keep up with my powerwalks all by myself. I guess I'll just power up the ipod and take my tunes with me.
