No more Roller Coaster Diary!!!!

Hey all,

My name is anthony jackson, and lets say that the weight game has been quiet a rollercoster ride! Going from 275, down to 240, then on down to 235...eventually bottoming out at 197 (looking very very nice), ive put my 4 mile run off for tomorrow one too many times.......In fact i sit at a nice 260p again. Dont get me wrong I can still do 5 miles in about an hour and a half, but its this thing with my motivation......when things happen in life that knock the wind out of my sails....i let it effect my workout production! in other words....i get the "who cares" additude! IM tired of this trend as im always used to being an active person.....Im not exactically what u would call fat....but im getting there!!!! anyways. I will begin my 3 mile run tomorrow and time myself every day! i Go six days a week. 3 days i run 3 miles. 2 days i run 5 miles, and i rest on the last day! havent bothers with lifting weights yet, as im trying to lose body fat first! any good advice out there????????? please help!

27 yrs old
260lbs
eat about 6 times a day
When i get into a routine i have lost up to 30 lbs in three months.
Thats with plenty of water, and like i said...about 6 meals a day
not big ones, but im never hungry.

I run cross country style, through parks, on sidewalks, through town etc.
Ive never really liked the whole "track" thing....makes me feel like a hampster ha ha...I also love to see the country go slowly by me as i run. not the same four corners...again Any pointers would be good! please help!
