No more fooling myself, time to get a grip of my life...

Well yesterday i never did any walking and felt like pigging out all day, think it must of been cause i never drank enough water, i did eat a bowl of angel delight that i shouldnt of, but it could of been a whole lot worse

so today i whiped the old exersize bike out and done 15 mins, witch i am proud of as i thought i wouldnt be able to do that much

tbh i liked using the bike more than the walk i have been doing as it dosnt hurt my back as much, so i think ill keep doing the bike and do the walking on the odd day , then in a few weeks ill do both

what a horrid sleep last night was , finally got to sleep about 4ish am , then kept getting woke up what seemed like every 5 mins by my dog, then at 8.30 my friends kids woke me up , so ii have been shatterd all day

and here i am half 2 in the morning waiting for the Antonio Margarito versus Sugar Shane Mosley fight, got half hour to go but dont think im going to be able to stay awake, might just have to watch a replay later

Congrats on figuring out exercise that works for you! Be honest with yourself and bump it up when you can, I bet it'll come faster than you think! :)

still doing the bike and still eating about 2300 calls, i feel better in my self and went and played darts tonight and wasnt sweating no where near as much as i used to a few weeks ago, so i must be gettin a bit fitter by using my bike, hope so anyway!!!

Done a extra 2 mins on the bike today , plus i was pusing myself more , and another good thing i found my recovery rate was alot better as well compaired to last week

well i did another min added today , but im going to stick at this for a couple weeks now i think and not get carried away and do to much to soon and knacker meself up but feel better after today than i did on the first day of using the bike , legs hurt more now tho, but its all for a good cause

Hi there...

Good for you for making the changes you've made!

I can really relate to your original subject line about fooling yourself and getting a grip. It's amazing to me that the battles we wage with ourselves are the same whether you need to lose 300 pounds or 40. I've needed to lose weight for about 3 years and have been "starting Monday" every week the whole time. So here you are, actually getting up off your ass and doing something and making changes and I commend you!!!

I think it would be asking too much to expect yourself to be perfect 100% of the time, so don't GIVE up if you SLIP up, as we have all probably done so many times in the past.

That's quite an interesting schedule you have there.... what, are you independently wealthy and don't have to work??? :)

Well what can I say apart from GUTTED , all the hard work from before gone as I went back to old ways the last week odd. Any of the good work I had done will of been undone, the one poitive is I have stoped it now, and am back on the right root,

God its easy to fall of track quick
